    noisy restaurant

This charming place had a lovely atmosphere and offered the best breakfast imaginable, accommodating various dietary preferences. the parking situation was inconvenient since we had to pay and carry our luggage a distance. Our room was beautiful, but the noise from the restaurant made it difficult to sleep early.

A spacious top-floor room with a modern yet historic feel made for a comfortable stay. The large walk-in shower and deep soak bathtub were perfect after long hikes. The staff's attentiveness shone through, with a personalized breakfast to go when we had an early start. The restaurant's beef stew was particularly memorable alongside delightful local amenities. An ideal retreat.

    Perfect base for exploring!

We spent 2 nights here and it was awesome! The room was super cozy and looked great—my partner loved it. Breakfast was spot on, just what we needed before hitting the trails. The advice on walking routes was really helpful too. The only thing we missed was having some more variety at dinner, but the tapas were nice.

    Stunning Stay with Exceptional Service

Our stay was marked by the incredible comfort of the superior king room and the warm hospitality from the staff. The breakfasts were a highlight, featuring a delicious Welsh option that fueled our adventures. The location right in the heart of Betws-y-Coed made it easy to explore the area. While the occasional car noise was a minor distraction, it did not diminish our wonderful experience.

Oh mate, the vegetarian couscous was a pure delight! The staff? Absolutely cracking—so friendly and helpful. And you can’t miss the tapas. a feast for the eyes and the belly!

A wee bit more storage wouldn't hurt in the room, but honestly, that’s just nitpicking in this fab spot!

    luxurious amenities
    delicious breakfast
    limited parking

The superior king room featured a massive bed, a wall-mounted TV, and a free-standing bath – quite the luxuries. Breakfast options included locally sourced meats, fresh fruit, and generous portions that filled everyone up for a day of adventure.

Car parking is located a few hundred meters away with limited free options nearby, so keep that in mind if you're lugging gear or have mobility concerns. The hotel sits on a main road, which made the room a bit noisy when we kept the window open for some ventilation on warmer nights.

    Outstanding Hospitality and Comfort

My partner and I enjoyed a lovely stay, where every detail mattered. The staff's attention was heartwarming. they even prepared a breakfast bag for us to take on our hike up Snowdon. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, filled with thoughtful amenities. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a wide variety of options made from locally sourced ingredients. The only slight downside was that some chairs in the restaurant were uncomfortable.

Just a reliable pick for a day tour in Betws-y-Coed with good value considering the price charged. The room was well-equipped, having coffee and even hot chocolate, which was a nice surprise after a long day out. For those planning to hike, make sure to check in early to grab your breakfast on time.
